Weight loss: In the setting of prominence of the mons pubis, there is really nothing that you can do to reduce its size.  It is an area where most of what is under the skin are fat cells.  Weight loss and exercise will almost certainly help.

Mons pubis: The mons pubis is susceptible to sebaceous cysts, swelling due to lymph accumulation, swelling due to surgery such as liposuction, skin tumors, and fat accumulation.  With pregnancy swelling of the vulva and mons can occur.  See your doctor and get examined.

Hematoma: Trauma to any part of the body can often cause a bruise or hematoma , which can be painful to the touch. If the bruising is deep then it might not be visible to the naked eye. Alternatively sometimes the fat cells can burst and die, causing pain. That's called fat necrosis and it just takes time for to go away. Take ibuprofen.

Ingrown hair: Ingrown hairs are common in the pubic area, created by shaving or the friction from underwear.  They can appear as pimple like bumps.  Applying warm compresses and washing twice daily with a warm soapy washcloth should help the site drain and heal faster.  See your doctor if symptoms do not improve with these measures.

Antibiotic ointment: Wash the area clean with soap and water. Apply an over the counter antibiotic cream/ointment, like neopsorin, to the raw area. Do not try to squeeze it any more. Depending on sexual practices, you may wish to get tested for sexually transmitted diseases.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.  Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless.
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

i am morbidly obese and have a large mons pubis area. i recently found new bumps on my genitals but have never been sexual (not even kiss/holding hands, etc.) is it possible to have gotten genital warts from being in constant contact w/toilet seats?

: No. You need to be seen to be diagnosed. Warts are irregular cauliflower-like growths . By your description and situation they are not venereal warts. They are something else
