Ovulation: Something is not right.  Could you be pregnant?  Do home pregnancy test if you miss a period.   Best to check with your doctor about this.

Yes most definitely: spider veins or varicose angiomata are usually a sign of portal hypertension and liver disease, cirrhosis being the most common.  Non-alcoholic hepatosteatosis (NASH) is also gaining more popularity.

It's complicated: generally you wouldn't see the veins so there is blood backing up from the liver. Fatty liver occurs commonly and does not necessarily mean anything. Most commonly it is connected to intake of things that become fat (including alcohol). 
Veins become increasingly bulging.

If no pain, should be no problem. If you have pain or other symptoms, then  see a doc.
