PCS ?: You probably have Post Concussion Syndrome. See your doctor who can treat you according to your symptoms. So,if you have migraine you will get treatment for the migraine.

i have a vein by my temple that is sticking out.  my ear  blocked alittle.  history migraine,high bp 140/80, anxiety, allergies.  should i be worried?

With this collection: of symptoms and problems it would be a good idea to have a thorough evaluation by a health care provider and to have your BP treated. I do not think you should be worried but you should be appropriately concerned about your health. The enlarged vein could be a sign of a number of different things. Don't wait to be evaluated.

i am not very concerned, but my veins in my left forehead and face/temples have become more visible.
i am not sure if they have been there the whole time, but i noticed them recently.

: Probably nothing is wrong. Puberty and sexual maturity can make veins more prominent, especially in males.

: I recommend consulting a neurologist to determine the cause of your symptoms and get treatment.  Are they a migraine equivalent, neuralgia pains or inflammation of the temporal artery?  Appropriate testing will be done.

Prominent face veins: This is normal anatomy of your vasculature. As we age, skin becomes thinner and veins more visible. If there is high pressure or impediment to proper drainage, vein can become dilated &amp; prominent . If there is tenderness, try NSAIDs and see your doctor. Spider veins can be treated with LASERs but not large veins, especially close to eyes.
