It won't help: Please don't try.  It is potentially dangerous and won't help.  There are far safer and more effective ways to treat them.  These include laser, rf thermocoagulation and sclerotherapy.

Usually laser: Lasers are usually best for tiny red veins on the face: nd yag, ipl, etc and other options are available. Contact a vein specialist: dermatologist, plastic surgeon or whomever specializes in face veins. If the veins are large or purple, then we have done injection sclerotherapy.

Multiple options: I don't  think that there is a single best way but there are mutiple options including sclerotherapy, ipl, laser, veinwave, veingogh and micro needle radio frequency.  The size of the veins and the training and experience of the treating physician usually influence what treatment is recommended.  You should see a vein specialist.

Stop popping: The worst thing you can do is pop your pimples, you might leave scars.  Try treating your acne instead.

Possible cyst: You may have a sebaceous or dermoid cyst. You can see your primary care physician, an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, ENT, or plastic surgeon for further evaluation and treatment as indicated.

Angioma: You are describing a lesion that could be a spider angioma. Have your doctor look at it. A dermatologist can treat the center of the lesion with a spark and it can go away. There are a few other possibilities which is why you should see a dermatologist.

Many factors: The most common cause of spider and varicose veins are hereditary factors followed by pregnancies.The more pregnancies the greater the chance of vein formation due to stretcthing of the vein valves causing reflux(leaking).  In general when veins occur at an early age there is a strong genetic component.  It seems that both you and your child have a strong genetic component.  See a vein speciailst.
