Usually laser: Lasers are usually best for tiny red veins on the face: nd yag, ipl, etc and other options are available. Contact a vein specialist: dermatologist, plastic surgeon or whomever specializes in face veins. If the veins are large or purple, then we have done injection sclerotherapy.

Laser or IPL: External laser of intense pulse light treatment may be effective.

A number of things: There are a number of ways to treat spider veins on the face. These include sclerotherapy, cutanous lasers and rf photo/thermocoagulation. All of them work well in the hands of those who are experienced in using the different techniques. Choose a practitioner with the correct experience and, as long as you are relying on their experience and expertise, it should work well.
