Restricitve cm: There are some treatments for this but there is no cure. There is usually signs of impaired filling of the heart and thus there is venous engorgement which could be causing the varicosities.

Yes it is common: Varicose veins on the vulva are common .They are often not talked about because of embarrassment . They can be related to varicose veins on the legs and pelvis so an ultrasound evaluation is needed . I have had success with  injecting the labial veins if no pelvic vein problem are found others need the pelvic veins treated. Don't let embarrassment prevent treatment.
