Depends: Metronidazole, sold as Vagyl some places abroad but only as Flagyl in the US, is sometimes given for bacterial vaginosis or other minor vaginal infections. In this case, completing the course before resuming intercourse may improve response. If the drug is for another reason, no contraindication; remember to back up OCPs with condoms when taking any systemic antibiotic.

Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Yes: And depends how old. If it is a baby it is best to keep him in a play yard or crib, if it is a child who is used to a bed it should be fine as long as it does not deflate. Always put a cotton sheet on it, so you child won´t get to hot.

Yes: A vinyl dust cover will prevent dust mites from attaching to the mattress. If dust is an allergy issue add eucalyptus oil to the wash to kill dust mites.

Rough sex likely: Rough sex may have been the cause. Overly vigrous thrusting can lead to pain. Don't know your age, but if you are post -menopausal - you may have less vaginal secretions and atrophy of mucosa. That would make you more vulnerable to abraiding the tissues. Please see your gynecologist if this isn't resolving.
