: Before you go adding things I would talk to your doctor about alternatives to stimulants that you may not have tried it a lower dose of concerts.  Would let him know about your heightened anxiety on concerta.  I would not assume you have to live with that anxiety and stay on Concerta!  You were smart to ask this question.  Please don’t add even over the counter medications talking with your doctor

A few: Dipyrmiadole is a vasodilating med used in stress testing. Common side effects include flushing, shortness of breath, chest pain and drop in blood pressure.  The side effects can be reversed with IV aminophylline. Over all risk is generally low but another agent might be better to use in those with COPD and active asthma(should be avoided) as well as those with slow heart rates or heart block.

No side effects: There are no side effects from a dexamethasone suppression test. Your heart will not race. It's harmless. The dose used (1 mg) is too small for you to feel anything, but large enough to produce a change in your cortisol level which can only be detected by a sensitive blood test.

Side effects: what type of patch??   nicotine patch?  - pain patch  or birth control patch?   -  generally side effects from the patch begin to subside immediately as you have removed the source of medication from your body.   It may take up to 12 hours for the effects to wear off.   I would recommend drinking plenty of fluids and washing the area of the patch.

Carnitine: There is no good evidence it does anything as a supplement. If you don't know about this substance, why are you taking it into your body ?
