: Gravid. Uterine can press on various structures in pelvis. Hence each pregnancy is its own experience. Your  symptom appears innocuous. It will be best to see your doctor to confirm the normal pregnancy and ultrasound will be reassuring that pressure is only from pregnancy. Hope it helps.

Vaginal infection: Burning sensation in the vaginal could be a sign of a viral or bacterial infection. Herpes for example causes burning sensation of the vulva or vagina. Being pregnant, with hormonal changes can also cause those sensations as well. Have your obgyn examine you and do some cultures if necessary.

Normal: With pregnancy, you will have higher Progesterone levels and water retention. 

These cause a dryer vaginal mucosa and increased edema. Both of these together can cause a dry, burning sensation due to less natural lubrication. 

Try olive oil or any vegetable oil. Dont use KY jelly or any jelly as they are salt based and can dry you out more in the long run.

i am 33 weeks pregnant and i get a pulling sensation from my vagina area up to my abdomen area. what could be causing this? is my baby okay?

Baby moving: If you are feeling consistent movement and there is no bleeding or obvious contractions, then your baby should be fine. If in doubt call your OB for evaluation. 

This is probably your lower uterine segment thinning out.
