Various things: Without an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health, but
certainly regardless of stent, vaginal yeast infection can cause pain/itch and over the counter cremes mostly effective. And stress/antibiotics trigger them.

fever/chills/sweats would indicate an emergency condition (infection).

Not likely but,,: It&#x27;s unlikely this is a kidney stone.  First it&#x27;d interfere with urination.  Second, you&#x27;d have tremendous pain associated with a kidney stone here.  Third, these usually are found in the ureters and the kidneys and are heralded by extreme pain here so they wouldn&#x27;t likely get as far as the vaginal area.  It&#x27;d still be advisable to see your Dr. about this as it might be something else.  Good luck.

Yes, probably in dis: As urinary calculi travel from the kidney to the bladder a transverse the theater which is a small tube. This tube is very efficient with passage of fluid but when stones her present symptoms typically arise. Installs get into the distal or lower third of the ureter hey can often cause referred pain to the genitalia as you are experiencing. Alpha blocker medications like Flomax (tamsulosin) may help you passed.

Highly unlikely: Kidney stones and uti's cause blood in the urine. Make sure it's vaginal bleeding with a tampon. Then follow up with a gynecologist if it is or a urologist it's not.

Vaginal bleeding: At 53, pain and irregular bleeding (not regular "periods") should be evaluated with ultrasound to determine the quality of the uterine lining.  A "kidney stone" with accompanying pain and blood in the urine is not connected to pain with vaginal bleeding. See your gyn provider for an exam and testing.

Not necessarily.: Here's what the tests you've had could miss:  1. Psoas muscle spasm. This hurts like crazy in your lower quadrant. A physical therapist might help. 2. Inflammatory bowel disease. This could require a colonoscopy. Any diarrhea?  3. Endometriosis 4. Ectopic pregnancy. Any chance? You need a thorough history and physical exam. Surgery should be a last resort; it can cause more harm than good.
