Various things: Without an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health, but certainly regardless of stent, vaginal yeast infection can cause pain/itch and over the counter cremes mostly effective. And stress/antibiotics trigger them. fever/chills/sweats would indicate an emergency condition (infection).
