Are you sure? : That seems like it would be very uncomfortable. I can not imagine any man would want to put his mouth on an open sore either. Let it heal first. Make sure you have confirmed with a doctor that this is not a herpes outbreak too.

"vaginal boil ": Likely a Vulval site,regardless mechanical trauma (sex) would be very unwise for both of you,worse for you;ensure it is not a transmitted sexual disease-go to a clinic immediately and if so the partner also has to submit BEFOR anything transpires between  the two of you.

Otherwise, small pimples and pustules in the pubic and genital areas that increase after an increase in sexual activity may be due to "poor technique" that causes too much skin-to-skin friction and abrasions, hurting the hair follicles. It's unrelated to penis size or quantity of sex, if using good technique.

See your OB/GYN: This could be a Bartholin's gland cyst, I would see you family doctor or OB/GYN to be assessed this may need to be surgically drained, or a small catheter placed in the mass to drain it. In the meantime you can place a warm wet washcloth on the area to encourage draining. If you have pain or fever please be seen sooner.
