Vulvar Bumps: The vulvar skin and other hairy area of your body suffer similar conditions. Acne, psoriasis, clogged hair follicles and glands can cause trouble in your genital area. These are not caused by sexual activity. Hormonal changes, hygiene practices , allergies and genetics can all be causing the changes. Consult with you gynecologist.

Infection of hair: Follicles. Hair follicles can get infected, in moist areas, like groin, axilla, without an external source of infection. If persistent or recurrent you should get checked out to rule out pre-disposing conditions like diabetes, and to ascertain if antibiotic treatment is warranted.
