Clomid (clomiphene): If you dont have periods after using clomid (clomiphene), (clomiphene) you might be pregnant or have a residual ovarian cysts causing delay in your cycle. Follow up with your obgyn to rule out pregnancy, vaginal infectio causing symptoms in vagina. Hot flashes are caused by clomid (clomiphene).

Probably nothing but: Its probably nothing but it deserves appropriate attention.  You should have your doctor see it to make sure it's nothing to worry about.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you and your symptoms warrant evaluation by a physician. Your description suggests genital warts and it would be prudent to see a doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

Could be: Even if he didn't ejaculate inside, he likely left behind enough semen during sex itself to cause pregnancy.  Your bleeding could be implantation bleeding, so check a pregnancy test.  You also need to use a condom and consider getting on birth control before you do become pregnant. It could also be an infection or STD, so get seen.

HMMMM: Unless the finger was dirty and had some brown substance on it that changed your skin color, then fingering would not cause and changes.  Hormonal changes can cause skin color changes, just as the nipple (Areola) can change color throughout the periods and after pregnancy etc. , so maybe hormones that rose during the sexual pleasure of fingering may be the culprit. See Gyn if concerned.

Could: Chronic infection or inflammation can evoke pigmentation changes in the affected tissue and surrounding areas.  Sometimes the pigmentation will return to normal after the infection is gone - but with longstanding changes it can be permanent.

Need exam: You need a pelvic exam and urinalysis. The symptoms you are having could be signs of infection. See a doctor soon.

Vaginal pruritis: "itchy" skin around the vagina may be caused by yeast infections.  The "brown discharge" may be slow release of blood at the time of your period, which turns "red" to "brown".  See your gyn for an exam and testing, as there may be other elements causing this.
