Acne : Acne around the mouth in a 21 year old (female?) is quite common.  Typically, topical therapy is only partially effective.  I would recommend that you use a benzoyl peroxide cleanser and gel (like panoxyl which is otc) and also see a dermatologist who can possibly prescribe an oral antibiotic.  Some patients can improve with birth control pills as well.  If your acne is cystic in nature, there is a risk of scarring so i would recommend you get evaluated to reduce the chances of this. can i take tetracycline & doxycycline at the same time? i am 40 all of a sudden broke out with cystic and whiteheads around mouth & chin.

Don't take both: As the name implies, these drugs are chemically very similar and they have exactly the same activity against various problems, including acne. There is never a reason to take both; it would just increase the chance of side effects (like stomach upset, sensitivity to sunburn) without improving your acne. Speak with the doctor(s) who prescribed them and/or taking care of your acne.

Glossopharyngeal : neuralgia is a rare condition that occurs in the areas innervated by the SENSORY branches of the glossopharyngeal (CN9) and vagus (CN10) nerves. You also have a motor component weakness, where uvula deviates toward strong side. Hope it makes sense.

Indeterminate: A true cyst on ultrasound is, by definition, echo free or anechoic. A hypoechoic nodule has low level internal echoes that are less than surrounding tissue but not actually a cyst. So the finding is indeterminate.
