Unlikely: It would be very unusual to have a UTI with an entirely normal urinallysis. At your age of 22, I would be concerned that UTI symptoms with normal urine might be due to a genital infection like gonorrhea or chlamydia, if at risk for STDs. Best to discuss with your doctor.

Micro-hematuria: Microscopic hematuria is fairly common and often from a benign familial tendency.  Unfortunately, blood in the urine is also often the only sign one gets from some conditions that need to be discovered, like bladder or kidney cancer or kidney stones.  See a urologist for workup. It likely will involve an office cystoscopic exam and upper urinary tract imaging.

Yes: It is possible to have a mild UTI/cystitis with no symptoms. It is also possible to have a false positive test for UTI when the urine is contaminated - which often happens in the presence of vaginitis

Possible: Have you had an urine culture?  Urine culture of properly obtained specimen can provide a definite answer.

diet and medications: If the urine tests are normal and other evaluations are clear, the odor is probable related to diet.  Medications and foods can change the odor of urine.

=YES to UTI: It is just fungal, which does not flag on most dipstick tests, requires microscopic evaluation--or just telling Dr about white, gooey clumps and will likely call it fungal and provide treatment. Does indicate risk for diabetes and/or immune problem (?locally, like having STD or ?systemically, like other issue). Needs evaluated to see what problem is.

See a urologist: This is a complex issue and without having full medical history and exam and labs would only be guessing. You need to be seen by an experienced professional and when there make sure all your questions are answered.

keflex for 7 days, still feeling symptoms of uti (pressure) but urine clear, why is this happening?

Odd treatment: Keflex is not a standard treatment for a uti, so i'm not surprised that it's not doing anything. How do you know you have a uti? We're tests done? It sound like you need lab tests and maybe a more appropriate antibiotic, if you're infected.

Many Possibilities: Persistent symptoms should prompt a repeat evaluation with another culture, exam and perhaps an ultrasound. This could  be due to a kidney stone, ovarian cyst or resistant infection.

Hematuria: The blood in the urine is usually due to the inflammation of the lining of the bladder, and if this is improving the bleeding may diminish, but whether the UTI is eliminated may depend on other parameters. If you are still symptomatic (burning, frequency of urination, suprapubic tenderness, fever, etc.) go back and see your doctor. If not, continue the course of therapy. Wish you better soon.
