hx of ic w mic hematuria, episodes of gross (3 &4 years ago), &recur utis. cysto 2.5 years (inflam) & ultra 6 mon ago. lately on/off burning after urinating &slight pressure. first morn urine dip neg, thentrace blood on dip in day. any suggestions?

hx of ic & 5 utis this year  had 2 episodes gross hematuria 3.5 years (had ct w/o & cysto) & 1 year ago (cysto-biopsy showed inflammation)  kub& ultrasound 2 mon ago-normal. still blood on dip most of time except 1st morning. should i be concerned?

The pain ranges from mild discomfort to severe pain. The condition is a part of a spectrum of diseases known as painful bladder syndrome. It is important to work closely with your Urologist to keep the symptoms and progression managed.

i am suffering from a uti, and 3mm kidney stone that's in my left kidney.platelet count is 527k. hematuria is present. pee test shows pos for uti, xray showed kidney stone. would elevated ast (78) & alt (101) be caused by the uti? ?

: To diagnose UTI you need a positive urine culture. The platelet count and the AST &amp;Alt are not related to it. So pl make sure that test(urine C&amp;S) was done. In the meantime drink plenty of water and if symptoms persist pl see a Urologist.

sharp pains lower left abdomen, mucus in pee, pelvic pain, micro hematuria, smelly cloudy urine, urethral pain and hard time peeing. clear ultrasounds earlier this year, elevated platelets, several pelvic exams clear, no uti it std, what could it be?

: You did not mention urine C&amp;S and Kidney ultrasound. For all this you need to see a Urologist for proper exam and treatment, for it could be nonbacterial cystitis, stone or something else In the meantime pl drink plenty of water and keep the vulvo- vaginal area clean and take some AZO. Fairly common: It is not unusual to have a urinary tract infection which causes blood in the urine. As the infection resolves, the bleeding should stop. If not, alternative causes should be sought.

See the Doctor: While there are a few simple things, like a small tear of the urethra, which transports urine from the bladder to outside, that can cause blood in the urine, there are many things that aren't small and could be dangerous. It's best to be evaluated by a medical professional.

YEs: Peeing Blood (hematuria) can result from a variety of things.  In a young healthy woman this is often a sign of UTI.  However, after treatment for a UTI with persistence or recurrence of hematuria other causes should be evaluated.  See a physician for appropriate testing.

See a doctor ASAP: Blood in urine is an excellent reason to see a doctor and not to wait.  Might help to see a urologist if possible.  This may be a simple UTI but may involve stones, particularly nasty strains of bacteria, and so on.  Go and see someone and hope you get better soon.

UTI: Common signs &amp; symptoms of a UTI include frequent urination, burning pain on urination, a sense of extreme urgency (have to urinate right now), blood in the urine, and foul smell in the urine. While bloody urine can be caused by many many things, in the clinical setting of symptoms otherwise consistent with a UTI, the blood does go along with that overall picture. Seek treatment from your doctor.

can tamiflu treat a uti? and if there is no more blood in my urime and i pee less does that mean i'm getting better?

No: Tamiflu will not treat a uti. Now there may still be blood but you cannot see it.Urinating  less is not good. So see doctor to test the urine. Than you will know
