Viral UTI, or IC: Viral cystitis, interstritial cystitis or a bladder stone could account for your symptoms and urinalysis negative for bacteria or white cells. Could pink on toilet paper be from your vagina? Certainly should be checked out by your dr, gynecologist or urologist if symptoms continue.

UTI : Uti otherwise known as urinary tract infection can present in many ways. The most common symptoms of a UTI are frequency, burning, and urgency. There can also be blood in the urine (hematuria), lower abdominal pain, flank or back pain, and sometimes fever. Based on your symptoms, there is a strong chance you are suffering from a uti. I recommend that you  be seen by your primary care provider ras soon as possible. You can expect that urine tests will be done to determine if in fact you have a uti. If it is determined that you have a UTI then you will be prescribed an antibiotic. If not, then other possibilites will be explored.

Burning w/ neg UTI: i have seen this in females with vagintis and you may not have a discharge ( usually just see it on pelvic exam). i usually treat with a cocktail(if not allergic) of flagyl ( not alcohol during treatment ) and zithromax or doxyycline( do not  take if pregnant or nursing) f/it with urgent  care

: Time your voiding every 3-4 hours while awake regardless of your feeling which you should neglect it. You will overcome this feeling after days of practicing. You do not need to adjust your fluid intake, drink fluid as usual or when you feel thirsty.

Chlamydia?: Is a very common sexually transmitted disease. Most people who have chlamydia have no symptoms. The major symptoms are pain or a burning sensation and "brown discharge". With the right treatment can be easily cured. Rec.: see your PCP for evaluation, tests, definitive diagnosis and treatment.

Vaginal infection: The urethra (opening from the bladdeer) opens into the vaginal wall, so that a vaginal infection can cause irritation of the urethra and burning when you urinate.  See your physician who can prescribe medicine to clear that up

Yeast? STD?: Allergy is not a likely cause. The most common cause of vulvar or vaginal area itching or burning is yeast infection. Also, STDs can do this, and can also give urinalysis results similar to UTI. Check back with the doctor who prescribed the UTI treatment -- probably need reexam, and STD testing if at risk, e.g. new partner, partner with other partners, etc.

Maybe meatitis: You probably are not circumcised and after you urinate there is a little bit of residual urine left touching the very top of your penis.  After you urinate you should pull back your foreskin and dry off the very front end of your penis.  If you look carefully at it it will probably appear slightly red to you.
