Possibly: Anything is possible, although may be unlikely. Do not know the manner of collection of urine specimen or its age when reaching the laboratory. Test for nitrates is virtually worthless, and presence or absence of leukocytes can be variable.

Probable UTI: Nitrates in urine indicate a UTI 96% of the time.   A negative urine culture is needed to prove you do not have a uti.  Generally this finding is an indication for UTI treatment.

UTI: hi, You might still have a residual infection but because you have taken Antibiotics your UA doesn't show Nitrate (depends on when you have taken the Antibiotics last).
Also I'm sure a kidney function has been done and also Urine Micro (the shape of RBC and WBC been looked at under Microscope ), how much protein? If you have these info please let me know. 
Also repeat UA in 2 wks, get a Sono.

Urine: If urine culture was adequately done and is negative, then your symptoms are not due to urinary tract infection. You may have a vaginal issue (yeast infection) or bladder spams that can cause similar symptoms.

UTI: The doctor who ordered the test will explain the results.  A urine culture ultimately determines if there is an infection.

UTI: If you have burning with urination or other symptoms you need to visit a doctor promptly. It is dangerous to wait and try to diagnose yourself. Be seen immediately. Good luck.

It could be : If you are having symptoms of  a uti, it would be supportive for it.  When in doubt, you could have a urine culture performed.

No: It just means it detected the breakdown products of leucocytes in the sample.You don't mention the age, which is relevant, but most home testing is done wrong.If a woman/girl does a squat pee to collect a sample it is both pee and a vaginal washout.That sample is relatively worthless. Leukocytes can also appear in the urine in any febrile child without infection.

Yes: Leukocytes mean your body is making an inflammatory reaction. A positive nitrite test indicates a gram negative bacteria is present. You could have a bladder infection with a bacteria which does not convert nitrates to nitrites. An example is enterococci, which can cause an infection, cause white cells, yet not change the nitrites portion of the dipstick. Microscopic exam and culture are important.
