i had a uti my doc treated it with cipo i was still have pressure i went to the er their labs showed my gfr 38,creatine  1.40,bun 11. is this kidney f?

Yes: Cr of 1.4 is abnormal for everyone, and indicates decreased kidney function. It's important to compare with prior blood work to see if this is new or not. If it's new, it could be from UTI or from meds, or from dehydration. In any case, it's important to be evaluated for causes, see if it can be reversed, and make sure it doesn't worsen.

5 years ago an unrecognized uti was accompanied with chills and fever on days 2-3.  went to dr. given antibiotics and went away.  would you know if you had kidney damage by now? bun, creatine, protein normal.  what would be off on tests? was it sepis?

: Kidney damage is extremely rare from UTI, and your blood tests show normal kidney function. With chills and fever, it's possible your UTI caused sepsis, but that makes no difference now.

had urinalysis last week.  showed 3+ for urine in blood. no uti. ph, leukocyte, nitrite, protein, glucose, urobilinogen, bilirubin, hemoglobin all negative. bun was 10 (5-18). creatin .72 (.60-1).what could cause this if it was not menstruation blood?

: So many things I cannot start to answer here.  If it was not a clean catch urine sample I would repeat especially if you were having your period. Clean catch means you clean yourself with wipes and then start peeing and insert collection cup into to stream and collect your urine sample.  Now you will know if blood from urine system rather than elsewhere.

Other labs: The BUN and creatinine are important to follow and indicators of kidney function, but dialysis is based more on other chemicals that build up with bad kidney function, especially potassium. The buildup of waste products and electrolytes are what are more important and will determine when dialysis is necessary.

Semen: Creatine has many side effects including possible kidney and liver disease.  I have not been able to find anything about semen levels.

Here's accurate info: Somebody's kidding you or there is a misunderstanding. Creatine kinase is an enzyme found in the blood; the reference range was determined for couch potatoes, and in my series' of athletic medical students, a majority of healthy young people have "elevated levels" just from exercising. It's also high in a few illnesses your physician knows about, but not from "nerves".

Likely muscle injury: Creatine kinase and aldolase would both be elevated after a muscle injury. 
Ck can also be elevated in kidney failure.
Adolase can be sub-classified into a, b and c which helps differentiate from which tissue the high levels came.

: It is not dangerous. It is high however. Even dehydration can cause that. Whichever doctor ordered the test, they can discuss with you how to bring it down.

Low CPK: Any cause of inactivity and reduced muscle mass, found in connective tissue diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosis.

Need better info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, it would have helped to know the actual values rather than the ratio.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
