If you mean : Urethritis, it is infection or inflammation of your urethra, the tube that connects the bladder to the outside through your penis.  Infection here is usually caused by std's, such as gc or chlamydia.  But there are other causes, too, so see your doctor for details.  It is usually very painful.

i have tested negative for hiv/stds. i'm starting to suspect that the cause to my utheritis is due to mycoplasma genitalium. what should i do?

Simple test: Your Doctor should sent your urine for tests: bacteria for UTI, Gonorrhea, Chlamidia, Ureaplasma...

UC is a chronic inflammatory bowel disease, and manifested by cramps, diarrea and blood in the stool. It is diagnosed on colonoscopy after seeing blood in the stool. It can be a CANCER PRECURSOR and so should be seen by  gastroenterologist.thanks

Urethritis: Infections inside the urethra are most often either chlamydia or gonorrhea.  Yeast does not cause the symptoms of urethritis. But, yeast infections are common on the skin around the penis and scrotum.

Discharge: This does sound like a non-specific urethritis. It may be bacterial or other organisms. You need to be seen; have a test obtained; and get proper treatment. Please follow up with your physician.

No way to tell: Most common cause for Microhematuria (Blood in Urine) is infection, then stone and trauma and cancer.  But age and other condition needs to be considered. 
 If your problem resolves after treating the UTI, BINGO!

Still may be STI: It sounds like you've been evaluated extensively, but your discharge may still be an STI or organism not killed by the chosen antibiotic. Resistant strains of gonorrhea and chlamydia are prevalent, or a less common organism like trichamonas (usually symptomatic in women). If sexually active, was your partner treated? Describe discharge more. Any burning? Consider private video consult.

i have a question. i was having to pee more frequently but that has subsided  and i'm still getting a tickly or slight pain in tip of penis. negative for all stds and urine test was negative. hpv induced uretheritis?

Not HPV: HPV is not known to cause urethritis. And from what you say, it’s unlikely you have urethritis. Probably nothing is wrong, just anxiety magnifying trivial symptoms that don’t matter, or normal sensations you otherwise would ignore.
