Accepted Answer

No: Endometriomas rarely burst, though they may ooze their contents into the pelvic/abdominal cavity causing further inflammation and pain.  How do you know it is an endometrioma.  It should have been removed at the time of laparoscopic detection.

Yes: But the pressure would need to be on sciatic nerve in the pelvis.

Pelvic pain: Pelvic pain is complex as there are several organs in the pelvis. The ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, bladder, appendix, intestines, colon and rectum can all be the source. Pelvic pain requires and examination to help organize the evaluation. Pain in the lower right abdomen is concerning for appendicitis. If pain is severe see a doctor asap.

Constipation?: Many people are constipated without knowing it. The colon sits right next to the uterus and bladder. The colon often rumbles when gas is trying to get past something like stool. The uterus doesn't rumble. If stool in the colon pushes on the bladder, it can cause frequent urination. Magnesium citrate nightly for 2-3 nights can clean out colon. If symptoms persist, see a doctor. Good luck.

Late: If your period is late and you are having irregular flow and pain I would do a home pregnancy test. Other possibilities include infection problem or sometimes your period can be heavier.  Endocrine issues can be possible and even stress.

Meds: warm compresses, ibuprofen are first steps in pain control. If they dont work, see your GYN for further options for pain control and management

Possibly cysts: It is harder to tell the cause of the pain in your abdomen and pelvic compared to other areas, however pain  on the right side of your pelvis could be ovarian cysts, tubal cysts, or other more serious conditions like appendicitis or ovarian torsion, if it persists and is severe, see your gyn for an exam and ultrasound.

Cramps: Cramps during menstruation may be due to dysmenorrhea
