im actively trying. im 7dpo and have this sore feeling in between my hips around my uterus area which comes and goes.i've never had before.any ideas?

Possibly Implantatio: Implantation of an embryo happens about five days after fertilization. It sometimes is associated with a small amount of pain.

i have an aching sore feeling in my ovaries/ uterus area. i am on day 4 of my period but its not going away. what could this be?

: Take Ibuprofen 200 mg x 2 tablets with foods, q 6 hours as needed for 1-2 days. If pain persists or get worse, see your doctor.

after urinating i have this sore feeling right below my stomach.  in my uterus i'm guessing.  what does that mean ? and how can i fix it ?

Bladder infection?: First we need to make sure there is no infection. You need to be evaluated to see if the uterus or pelvic floor muscles are not tender. In short you need a good physical exam to determine whether this is something that is concerning or not.

PMS: Premenstrual syndrome can do this! If you had a negative pregnancy test considering waiting a few weeks and if your period arrives thats probably the hormones that did it. Good luck

i have just finished ovulating about 2 days ago and since then my uterus has been feeling sore and it hurts to cough,sneeze, laugh to hard, etc...

Common: With ovulation there is always a cyst on one of the ovaries. At the time of ovulation that cyst is about 2 cm in diameter, but after ovulation that cyst could enlarge to the size of a softball - that could easily explain your symptoms. It would require an ultrasound to be sure if that is what is happening.  For most women who form the larger cysts, patience is all the treatment necessary.

i ovulated feb 24-28, i had unprotected sex 2x. i am now having a tight and sore feeling in my uterus. what could this be? no late period yet  thanks!

Non-specific: Your symptoms are non-specific.  You could have an infection in the uterus or bladder, an ovarian cyst, bowel gas or something else.  If the symptoms persist, you should have them checked out.  Best wishes!

See a GYN MD: Hard nodular lumps palpable in the uterus may indicate that you have uterine fibroids present. See a GYN MD for an examination to confirm or not.

No: Midcycle or ovulatory pain (doctors sometimes use the  word mittelschmerz) is variable both from woman to woman and from month to month in the same individual. It always comes from the ovary (right or left) and is therefore one sided. (the uterus is a midline structure).  It typically is brief (one day or less), responds to any pain medication (acetaminophen, tylenol etc.) and has no lasting impact.

Evaluation: . If you are sexually active would start by taking a home pregnancy test. This warrants medical assessment. Take care.

See GYN: Ibuprofen is quite often effective in controlling the pain but if it persists you may need an ultrasound to see if you have fibroids or other conditions. Based on the ultrasound results, your GYN can determine what the next step in treatment would be for your care. Often, OCPs are used to control the pain.
