my rt ovary measures 3.89 x 2.59 x 2.21cm. left measures 3.61 x 3.04 x 2.29. uterus is 12.98 x 9.66 x 6.66 cm. is this normal?

Uterus/ovaries.: The normal size of the uterus Mean uterus size was 8.66cm x 4.96cm x 4.06cm overall, 7.28cm x 4.28cm x 3.24cm for nulliparous women . The normal ovarian  size is 3.5cm x 2.5cm x 1.5cm. After menopause the ovaries generally measure 2cm x 1.5cm x 1cm or less. It is important to know your age. The ovaries appear normal but your uterus seem slightly enlarged. Kindly discuss all with your doctor.

It's fine : And normal. Not to worry. When you stand it will look normal to you again!! When you lay on the other side it might happen again!!

What did your gyn: Say ? It depends how bad the prolapse is, if not that bad may not cause much problems, if bad can cause problems urinating or with bowel movements, can cause pain, and if it is so bad it is prolapsing out of the vagina it could get ulcerated or infected  please discuss with your gyn.

Pelvic pain requires and examination to help organize the evaluation. An ovarian cyst is one possibility.

About right: Those dimensions, for a 30 year old, are well within the range of normal - but that does not guarantee there are no problems like fibroids, adenomyosis, cervical dysplasia, etc.

What worries you?: I'd like to tell you everything sounds okay, but i don't understand what you are worried about. If your cycles are regular 28 days/5 days  you do not have a sex hormone "imbalance." what hormones do you think are imbalanced? A tilted uterus is never ever abnormal. You don't say "how" enlarged: this can be normal too, or maybe due to fibroids or adenomyosis.

2 reasons: You may be pregnant. I would first get a pregnancy test. If your  pregnancy test is negative, you may have uterine fibroids also known as leiomyoma. I would then have a uterine ultrasound to determine if you have uterine fibroids.
