Clean Your Uterus?: You can't. It is important to get checked. If you have residual tissue inside the uterus you may develop and infection that could lead to scarring and damage your fertility. If you are Rh Negative, you will need to receive Rhogam to avoid high risk complications in a future pregnancy.

hi, i had a miscarriage 4 weeks ago and got cleaned out, the bleeding stopped a couple of days later after this process. now ive been experiencing a pain, like an ovulation pain but in the middle of my uterus, for few days now. should i be worried?

Go back to MD: You need to go back to the MD who performed the D &amp; C procedure,  and be examined to be certain there are no further problems with the procedure. Uterine pain post procedure can indicate many potential complications.

Yes: Yes you can conceive. Unfortunately, pregnancy outcome in women with bicornuate uterus may not always be as favorable as in women with a "normal" shaped uterus. Miscarriage rates are higher, preterm labor is higher and breech presenting infants are more common in women with bicornuate uterus.

6 weeks: It is actually a cervix that opens and closes during a miscarriage.  The uterus gets enlarged in pregnancy and has to return to normal size after a misscarriage.  It can take approximately 6 weeks for a uterus to contract down to prepregnancy state.  But many facotrs may affect this time.  One such factor is how far along you were when the miscarriage occurred.

No your OB: Should have told you that a tilted meaning a retroverted uterus does not cause miscarriage about 1/4 - 1/3 of women have a tilted uterus.

No: The uterus may tile backward, forward, left or right at any given time. This may resolve once the uterus returns to prepregnant size but uterine position by itself does not really indicate anything is abnormal.

Most likely: The answer depends upon details of the ultrasound. The uterus is formed by the fusion of two ducts. There can be a  near incomplete fusion of the uterus (uterus didelphys) to complete fusion (normal uterus). If the uterus partially fuses with a septum between the two halves, this can result in miscarriages. There are procedures available to treat this. Recommend asking your Dr. for more details.
