: Fibroids, especially small fibroids, are extremely common and are not affected by diet nor exacerbated by medication. Treatment of them is only indicated if they are symptomatic in some way.

Sometimes: You can take ibuprofen or naproxen as needed to ease the pain. sometimes doctors recommend birth control pills or other hormones to help it, too.

: Fibroid tumors increase in size, with potential pain, bleeding, as estrogen levels increase in one's 30's &amp; 40's. Low dose oral bcp's , which stop ovarian estrogen, slow the growth of fibroid tumors, whether needed for contraception or not.  As a woman ages, more pituitary stimulation of ovaries produces more estrogen, fueling growth of fibroids. Consult your GYN provider for guidance.

Pelvic and medical: exam. You have 2 separate issues and certainly get examined for the sensation of something falling out. For heartburn use antacids and OTC omperazole AM/PM. I suggest immediate GYN and medical examination.
