Hemoral: seems to be a combination of diosmin and hesperidin. Diosmin is derived from plants and is a flavonoid; it seems to have an anti-inflammatory effect on blood vessels. Hesperidin is another plant chemical. The evidence supporting its use is anecdotal..and as with all supplements, its manufacture is not regulated. I would save my money. Good wishes:)

Pro's - cannabis is: Helpful in the treatment of a # of specific medical problems. Con's- possible effects of marijuana:  anxiety, depression, fear, panic , delusions, paranoia, hallucinations, losing touch with reality, inattentiveness, short-term memory problems, disturbances of thought processes. Fatigue, poor concentration, slowed reaction times ; slowed problem solving.

Massage: Massage improves blood flow in that area temporarily, it may help relieving pain and healing of any inflammation.

Habit forming: Dormicum, or midazolam, is a short acting benzodiazepine most commonly used for preoperative or procedural sedation. It is not a good drug for chronic use, and the risk of benzodiazepine dependence is high after as short as two weeks. There are better choices for chronic anxiety, or for sleep.

Depends: This depends on the med used and whether you should really be going in to the office or ER for care. The most common med will raise the heart rate and blood pressure, which are usually tolerated better in toddlers than adults. When rescue meds do not work at home, call or seek out an advanced level of care.
