No-Pain Lidocaine: Yes. I can't think of a reason not,except to mask painful symptoms you've had for some time and haven't seen a doctor for. Uh,oh yes,if used too much it can irritate the skin. It can also mask pain at certain times you should be actually feeling it, if you know what I mean.It's very useful for painful anal fissures or hemorrhoids before definitive treatment.Just don't over-use it to hide something

Sure  but ..: water woks just as well..  Saline probably wouldn't hurt but don't abuse it.  You can still absorb things thru your colon.  IF you are having problems with your bowels ensure you are taking enough fiber in your diet and drinking enough fluids.  If still having issues see you MD

Antiperspirant: Use the antiperspirant right before going to bed and after you've showered at night. You can still shower in the morning. If you sweat a lot, you can use it again after the morning shower.

Yes: Yes.  But it will be wise not to use any non-fda approved medicine.  You never know the safety of these "remedies".

Try alcohol: Benzalkonium chloride is an aqueous  solution that might get inside your electric razor and cause some damage.  Take off the head, clean off the hair and debris with a cotton tip applicator and use 70 or 91 percent alcohol to clean the parts that contact your skin.  Allow to dry and you should be back in sterile business with shaving.

is cetylpyridinium chloride safe? i have mouth spray that has 0.075% in it and it says 2 sprays but i do 5 or more. is this bad? can i use everyday?

Use as directed...: It is relatively safe, but does have some side effects (i.e., brown stains between the teeth and on the surface of teeth, skin irritation/rash, nausea/vomiting, etc., etc.). It is is also found in some pesticides.
Unless you are a physician and are changing the prescribed dose, you should use it only as rx'd by your doc or as instructed on the bottle...

Yes: Sodium chloride solution is fine.  Any non-toxic fluid will do.  The Gerson cancer clinic in Mexico popularized the use of coffee enemas as a liver/gall bladder detoxifying solution as a mainstay of their cancer treatment programs.  Hospitals routinely use soap suds enemas as a bowel prep.

is benzethonium chloride a safe mouthwash to use to kill chronic bad breath caused by tonsil stones?

Accepted Answer

Probably not: That compound usually isn't used as a mouthwash, and if the bad breath is indeed caused by tonsil stones (tonsilliths), it probably won't work.   See your local ent.  If your bad breath is due to chronic tonsilliths, tonsillectomy may be the best answer.
