Pyuria: You have a sterile pyuria. Did you take any recent abx? A local bladder pathology is possible but less likely. Kidney stone, or a process within in the kidney of inflammation or a primary glomerular process can do this. Agree with urology but you need to see a kidney doc. Best of luck. Go right ahead: I amazed from the questions posted here how many people think they need to be detoxified. If your liver, kidneys and gut are all healthy, your body does a great job cleaning itself. I've looked at a lot of guts over they years and if you've not eaten for a few hours everything except for the distal colon is empty. There ain't no retained waste to flush out. Sorry.

What?: You have hand sanitizer on your bottom?  Why?  In general, i would avoid application of anything (except soap/water) to the genital area.  However, we will need more information in order to answer you.

Probably: Raynauds is a vascular problem, and cold extremities are a common symptom. This could be a recurrence.

Eczema: Treat the bumps with moisturizers like  cerave cream. You also need a prescription cortisone like clobetadol cream and use it twice a day for two weeks, rest one week, then repeat if necessary.

Peeling, dry palms: are often caused by contact dermatitis--contact with harsh detergents, soaps and lotions that contain perfume; cold, dry air; eczema or fungal infections.Use fresh water instead of soap; apply calamine lotion. A low dose OTC steroid cream can be applied.Symptoms worsened by dry skin: use good quality moisturizer during daytime.Consider repair glycolic acid creams at night, maybe with cotton gloves

You know the saying:: "Warm hands, cold heart," While you may not truly have a cold heart, warm hands are common enough to inspire this saying! It does mean you have good circulation.  I would not worry about this, unless it is new.  Then it may be worth checking out.
