Urine is denser than: plain water (essentially "heavier") and in theory could sink to the bottom of the toilet.  Other factors including dehydration, crystals in urine, dissolved "salts" (eg, sodium) may affect the density of urine.  Urine is darker if you're dehydrated or have jaundice or blood in the urine.  If this occurs repeatedly or if you have other symptoms, please see a doctor.  Dr. Anne.

Higher density: typically more salt than in the water, but can also be more protein. Probably canNOT be high sugar because that would pull water out of you and make the urine LESS dense rather than more dense. In fact, it isn't the salt in the urine, its the lack of water. People who are a bit dehydrated have concentrated urine. It is denser due to the salt in it, and it sinks.

You need an exam: In a woman, these could  be small vaginal blood clots.   Could be "products of conception".  Unless something has been introduced into your bladder, I really can't think of anything else that could behave this way.  You need a pelvic exam and a urinalysis and a pregnancy test..

=YES to UTI: It is just fungal, which does not flag on most dipstick tests, requires microscopic evaluation--or just telling Dr about white, gooey clumps and will likely call it fungal and provide treatment. Does indicate risk for diabetes and/or immune problem (?locally, like having STD or ?systemically, like other issue). Needs evaluated to see what problem is.

: Urine color is also affected by what you eat and other liquids you drink. If worried too much get a Urine test

is it okay if on frequently but not always my urine is slightly cloudy i can still see the bottom of the toilet just fine but it's a bit murky?

: Try driving more water. Are you taking any supplements? They may affect kidneys like for example noni juice can cause increased creatinine. Please get morning sample urinalysis done with your annual physical. At u Yu our age it is  best to be safe and sure. Does it help?
