for a couple of weeks or so i've been constantly nauseous, heavily fatigued and my urine has an obvious white, oily film on it. any answers?

Thyroid disease: With your symptoms would wonder about thyroid disease. With the oil in the urine, gallbladder disease comes to mind. Recommend you see your doctor for an evaluation and some testing. Best of luck.

if i take 1- 2mg dose of sub film now will it be out of my system by wed am at 7:00? i don't want the naloxone to show up on a urine drug screen.

i have frequent urinations and my urine is mostly cloudy and has a layer of oily film over it.it has been 7 months since the symptoms.my urine culture always come back negative for any bacterial growth.what else could it be?

: Frequent urination but no pain (dysuria) by your statement. 
Negative urine culture confirmed you do not have bladder infection but you have frequency and abnormal urine appearance. Absolutely, cloudy urine with an oily film are abnormal.  A formal urinalysis report will be helpful. Several systemic diseases can cause frequent urination but without significant change in urine appearance.

foamy in urine, 2 months. looks like has white stuff floating around. not rapid pee. doc says i don't get enough water. is dehydration/kidney prob?

Drink more fluids: If your urinalysis was normal on repeat testing, you don't have signs of protein, blood, infection or stones, you have no pain on urination, and kidney tests were fine, then likely you have no need to worry. Your physician may want to get imaging of the upper urinary tract if they suspect an issue there. Do drink more fluids as your physician recommended and see if that helps. Hope that helps.

Fat in stools: if your weight is normal ( meaning you eat and gain weight normally) ( and not--- eat a lot but not able to gain weight) --- basically I am referring to malabsorption issues with gut---- you should be ok. If concerns about malabsorption --- from gut--- please see a GI specialist

Read thru your pee: Yes, it is. 
The ideal color for urine is clear: you are adequately hydrating.
For most adults, that's 2-3 liters daily, depending on your degree of activity.
Compulsive drinking (of more liquid than this) is not normal, but that's very unusual.
Best liquids...water!

Needs evaluation: Any reddish or brown color to the urine could mean something is going on in the bladder or kidneys.  You need evaluation by a doctor.  They will likely check your urine for blood or infection or protein and may check your blood levels for kidney function.

Likely urate crystal: The urine is a waste disposal system. One of the primary wastes is the breakdown products of proteins called urates. You can have that confirmed by a simple urinalysis if you wish.

ive had cloudy urine off and on since december. it comes and goes though during the day, and usually my urine will be cloudy 1-2 times a day, but other times during the day its fine and looks normal. what could be causing this?

: It would be helpful to get a urinalysis when the urine is cloudy-a clean catch specimen would be best. That would give you an answer as to what the abnormality is that is causing cloudy urine. An infection would not come and go throughout the day. Perhaps it is related to your fluid intake-dilute urine looks different than concentrated urine. If it continues, see your doctor for a urine test.

Crystals: You may be describing "crystals " in your urine!  Sometimes even healthy people can have crystals form in the urine or when the urine mixes with the water in the toilet.  Uric acid, calcium oxalate, sulfur and Struve crystals can all form in urine, a phenomenon known as crystalluria.  Easiest way to identify this is to leave a urine specimen with your doctor, and send it to a lab for testing.
