Too many: There are too many urinary malformations to list in the amount of space available.  The malformations may vary with the gender of the subject.  It may be urinary reflux, excystrophy of the bladder, persistent urachal duct, epispadias/hypospadias, urethral stricture, fistulas etc.

Bad Luck: I am assuming that you are referring to a congenital anomaly (something you were born with) such as double ureter, double kidney, abnormal shaped kidney to name a few.  These are usually random events with no family history.  It all happened when you were a tiny little embryo in your mother's uterus!

Possibly: Depending on the type of malformation, it could be correctable with surgical reconstruction, stent placement or other methods. Discuss this with your doc, who will likely send you to a urologist for further evaluation.

Ibuprofen: Assuming you don't have any medical contraindications to using it, i recommend you take 600 mg of Ibuprofen every 6-8 hours starting 2 days before your period comes.  If that is not helping, an ultrasound could be done to see if there is anything abnormal about your uterus.

Dehydration : Dehydration can occur easily when a patient has an infection.  An infection can cause a fever, even when the patient isn't always aware, and the skin flushes, with more fluid evaporating.  In addition, if a patient isn't feeling well, they often don't drink or eat as much as they typically do.  Patient's who are on other medications, including cardiovascular medications, can be more sensitive to the effects of dehydration.  Signs of allergic reaction  to a medication usually includes rash that is usually hives, swelling, itching, or shortness of breath.
