No: Since asthmatic wheezing is the air getting caught in the airways at the end of expiration, it sounds as you are having air trapping in the bronchioles. See your doctor, to do an exam, pulmonary function testing and possb=ibly treat.

Breathing issue.: This could be a number of things.  Asthma comes to mind, with shortness of breath being triggered by the coldness of the air, or by irritants or pollutants in the air, or by exertion or activity.  Could be allergic rhinitis with a post-nasal drip, which can interestingly cause a cough, breathing trouble and wheeze at times.  Do you smoke?  Because this could be related to smoking as well.

Tracheal irritation: This symptom is usually due to irritation of the trachea and/or the upper esophagus.  Causes are varied but commonly due to infection or reflux esophagitis in a nonsmoking woman of your age.  You should see  a physician if the symptom persists more  than a few  weeks

Don't suffer: You should get an exam since you are suffering.  Maybe you have asthma or some underlying reactive airway disease making the breathing difficult, etc,.  Best wishes.

Get evaluated: Coughing during eating can be caused by reflux disease, dysphagia or problems with motility of the esophagus, or simply from eating too fast. A recnt cold or illness can affect these. If symptoms have been present for more than a couple of weeks it is time to see your doctor.

Hyperreactive Airway: When deep breathing causes cough you frequently have hyperreactive airways or asthma. It may be associated with bad coughing spells, chest tightness or wheezing if you develop a respiratory infection such as a sinus infection or bronchitis.  Acute bacterial or viral bronchitis can also cause coughing with deep breathing. See your primary care physician.
