Try ginger: Probably the simplest way to reduce nausea ; upset stomach is with ginger. You can drink slightly flattened ginger ale or nibble on crystallized ginger. Or pour boiling water over freshly sliced organic ginger ; steep x 5 min in a covered pot. Sip.

Possibly: At the time of ovulation, there is rapid enlargement of a cyst that releases an egg.  This can be associated with temporary pain and cramping.  I imagine that this could be associated with an "upset stomach".

One possibility: Prostaglandins that are essential for ovulation  can definitely also cause nausea and diarrhea,  but they could be due to other unrelated causes. Nsaid drugs like Ibuprofen are usually very effective for prostaglandin-related complaints.

Related?: These two issues may have absolutely nothing to do with each other.  Take an antacid and see how you feel.  You are a bit overanxious about becoming preggers.  Relax.  It will happen.

There doesn't: need to be an obvious discharge for a female to ovulate.

May be too early: Some hpt's have variable sensitivity. The hormones that cause the test to tern positive may take a while to build up enough to be detected.The first morning urine is generally the most concentrated and more likely to reflect your condition. I would just test again later.

Upset stomach: This could be related to your gallbladder, gerd, irritable bowel or other GI issues.
You should start with an appointment at your pcp and then have and us and or see a GI physician or surgeon
gi irritants like Motrin can exacerbate these symtoms.

Hormonal changes: The menstrual cycle causes many hormonal changes that affect people in different ways. It is not very common to have these symptoms during ovulation. If hormones are causing it try birth control to balance things out.

Zoloft (sertraline): You may not notice anything at all in the first week, .  Side effects like upset stomach are common, but not everyone experiences them.  In preclinical studies, 25% of zoloft (sertraline) users had nausea compared to 10% of those on placebo.  With headache, 25% of zoloft (sertraline) users had this compared with 23% on placebo.  So, the majority of people tolerate zoloft (sertraline) well -- & it needs 6-8 weeks to see positive effect.

my 85 year old mother took her first dose of 30 mg duloxetine last night. this morning she was in tears due to insomnia, upset stomach and extreme muscle twitching during the night. it was prescribed for nerve pain but didn't help. should she stop?

: At least 30% of patients taking duloxetine can suffer nausea and vomiting.  Do not take any more.  Notify prescribing physician.  Make certain that her pain generator is indeed "nerve pain".  Obtain neurological consultation.
