Chew well/ snd ee MD: Make sure you chew your food well (15-20 times each bite) . Also need to see your doctor to rule out conditions like esophageal strictures, rings or eosinophilic esophagitis.

Not pancreatitis: What you describe are not symptoms of pancreatitis. HCTZ (hydrochlorothiazide) can definitely cause abdominal discomfort and constipation. Talk to your doctor about the fact that you feel you are experiencing side effects from HCTZ (hydrochlorothiazide).

NO It Does not: If a child is having Abdominal pain and Diarrhea , Acute Enteritis from something he/she ate caused it. It can be usually uncooked meat, vegetables or contamination from not properly washed produce. Very rarely from A=Oat meal though. 
Rx with Clear liquid diet, and BRAT diet for 2-3 days. If by any chance pain and cramps continue to get intense take r her to ER

No.: Ulcers don't cause weight gain, although they can certainly cause burning in the stomach area.  Bloating, constipation and diarrhea are likely separate from the ulcer.  Any time i hear this many abdominal complaints, what comes to mind is the probable need for dietary change, at the very least.  You could have irritably bowel syndrome or several other problems as well.  See your doctor.

Take antacids & doc: Your symptome sugestive of gastric problem, may be simple irritation,  excessive acid  production or  even an ulcer. You need to have diagnosis before treating see your doctor.

ACID INDIGESTION?: Maybe acid indigestion. What did you eat was it fatty, fried, spicy, eat too late. Many many more questions to answer. Do not eat late or do the above mentioned late at night. Drink some water and have bland food and no caffeine or alcohol until stomach settles.

Gastric pain: What is your diet? 
Things that can cause burning gastric pain include: fatty food, hot pepper, orange juice, tomato, soft drinks, smoking , also infection by helicobacter pypori; stress, if your diet include any of the above, you may want to avoid them.
