Biliary colic: Might be a biliary colic which is pain that you get when (usually) the gallbladder contains a stone. As it contracts to squeeze the bile (material to digest food) the stone gets pushed and gets stuck in the neck causing pain 
You need to check with your doctor to investigate it

hi... iv just taken 1 diclofenac anal pill for pain, thing is i am 8 weeks pregnant and iv just read that it's harmful. will this have any harm on my baby and what can i take take to relieve back pain and constipation?

Diclofenac and pregn: Do not worry. Diclofanc is class C before 30 weeks per FDA rating meaning it is unclear if it causes issues in humans  i.e it has not been confirmed that it actually causes harm in human . Do not take more. For constipation drink plenty of fluids , fiber( sweet potatoes, prunes (, prune juice ), strawberries , blueberries, oat/ whole grain bread) exercise , walking several times a day F/u/ w /MD .

i have been having back pain under my ribs and one day severe spasms - went for ct scan and it showed a 3 cm cyst in my kidney??? should i see a urologist for this. my family doctor doesn't think this should cause pain?

: He/ she is right. The cyst is an incidental finding and at that measurement should cause no symptoms. Hope the cause of your pain is found and treated. Good luck

having lower stomach pain and lower back pain.  cat scan shows spina bifida occults at s1 level and fat containing umbilical hernia 1.2 cm in diameter.  are these serious issues.  would this explain stom pain and back pain?

I doubt: The CT findings look like incidental findings. Spinal bifida oculta indicates defect in the bones around the spinal cord, if there is no other coexisting abnormality otherwise it would not cause any of the pains. The back pain may be like anybody else without spinal bifida oculta. Fat in umbilical hernia also is not the cause of your abdominal pain and neither defect is concerning to me.

See a spine MD : Back pain that lasts over 6 weeks despite adequate rest, anti-inflamatories and physical therapy should be evaluated by a spine specialist and an MRI of the spine ordered.

See Doc: There are many causes of back pain, but one of the could be an atypical presentation of heart pain.  If you have significant risk factors, or even if you are just concerned, get it checked out.

Dont jump or run: If you have a disc problem then impact activity such as jumping or running is probably the worse thing you can do.  I do not see any harm in waiting to see what happens as long as no neurological symptoms such as involuntary loss of urine or stool, or inability to control your legs.
