Constipation: … can cause abdominal pain  in a multitude of locations. Initially, I would recommend that you try to increase fibre in your diet, and perhaps take fiber supplements such as Metamucil daily, in in addition to drinking more liquids. If this helps the pain, great.  If it doesn't, then I would see your doctor for a more thorough evaluation. Good luck.

There are big problems w/ irresponsible pain Rx's and steroids require close monitoring to avoid serious potential damage. Please do seek an alternative resource. Upper back pain: The pain that you describe could be from a pinched nerve but it could also be from muscles or tendons that are inflamed or injured. For example, the attachment of the rib head to the spine can be malpositioned and create the pain you describe.  It is important to be evaluated by a neurosurgeon or spine surgeon to determine the cause of the pain so that a proper treatment can be initiated.

Gas: The colon takes a sharp turn in the upper left abdomen and gas entrapment often occurs there. Drinking hot water and applying a hot water bottle to the abdomen helps break down the gas and moves it along for passing. Take simethicone after meals to prevent gas build-up. If you have persistent pain and tenderness, see your physician for evaluation and treatment.

I don't recommend it: You must avoid stress and strain on your spine in order to worsen the disc problem and  protect against precipitating a herniation of the disc. A neurologist or neurosurgeon is best qualified to advise you.

?back muscles sprain: due to a multitude of reasons, most common is improper posture and lack of physical activity. Try to rest your back for now as much as you can, use pain killers, acetaminophen or NSAIDS, unless contraindicated, try to lose weight, if problem continues, see your doctor, good luck

Constant pain: Radiating pain from the front to the back can be from the aorta. If you have risk factors such as high cholesterol, obesity, high blood pressure etc. You should see a physician right away to rule out any aortic aneurysm. 
On the other hand it could just be heart burn, muscle spasm or something minor but you can't bet your life on it.
