Not really: While it could just be some muscle discomfort if you were on the or table for a while, typically i would say no.  You should let your surgeon know so that he might be able to check on you.  Seek immediate attention for fever &gt;101 and rapid heart rate.

Yes: Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy creates what we call a dynamic obstruction. This means that as your heart works harder, it is working against itself and blocking the flow of blood. This can manifest with a wide range of symptoms including all of those that you described above. Expert treatment is required for patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (usually from a cardiologist).

Find the cause first: There are many possible causes of pain in the back and neck. One's primary doctor can evaluate to figure it out. There could be a muscle strain or spasm, inflammation in the joints or tendons, nerve pain from the spine or on the skin, etc...  Young adults more often have muscle strains, but tingling can be due to irritation or inflammation of some nerves. A thorough exam by one's doctor is needed.

Spasm or strain: Sprain vs strain vs spasm: a sprain is a stretch and/or tear of a ligament. A strain is an injury of a muscle and/or tendon. Muscles in our body contract and relax consciously and unconsciously. A muscle that involuntarily contracts without our consciously willing it is called a "spasm." if the muscle maintains sustained "spasm", it becomes a cramp.

Rash neck pain: hello ~ this could be many things in a very wide differential diagnosis, but you are 30yo with head and neck pain and a rash I would advise that you go into the closest ER for evaluation and to rule out serious illness oK thanks

Probably not: I hope not because we wouldn't want to discourage anyone from smoking cessation ;-)
unless you just quit smoking and are coughing a lot, which does happen at first, then these symptoms are not likely to be related to your giving up smoking. If no better after self care for a couple weeks time then see your doctor. If you are coughing a lot then it could be due to that.

Suspect vascular : This may be  vascular. Not from your balls but from another blood vessel that also involves your heart rate. It also could be vascular, neurologic, muscular. You need to make sure your physician has you do a vascular valuation to be certain as to why this sensation is occurring. Would also suggest x-rays of your chest and maybe your neck and a cardiac evaluation

Concerning: Given your age and the presence of hypertension, i would not ignore any chest pain/neck pain, especially if recurrent.  I would advise at least getting an urgent appointment with your md, but if the pain is severe and recurrent, i would consider going to the er.  Anxiety is one possibility, but it is a "diagnosis of exclusion" meaning that we consider it only after ruling out more risky causes.

See your doctor: If your symptoms are reproducible when using a treadmill - your heart needs to go through further testing - see your doctor.    If the pain is very severe go to the er.
