Chest pain: You may have written it off which is not a good idea in 53 year male after exercise. Please see the cardiologist for heart evaluation.  You have anxiety but not taking any medication! no medical history or meds?  Thanks.

See your doctor: Could be a problem with skin, nerves, muscle, shoulder, lung, heart, or stomach. See your doctor for a more thorough history, physical exam and further evaluation. If you sleep on your stomach you could have a neck strain that radiates pain to the chest or arm. Get checked out just to make sure.

Chest pain: Lower center chest pain on gulping food  appears to me coming from esophagus. First you should not be gulping food, should be chewing and then swallow in small morsels. You may have to check with your doctor or a GI specialist to get a definitive diagnosis.

Quite a few causes: Chestwall itself, esophagus/stomache, lungs, heart, pancreas, and even liver problems can cause chest pain. In the young, more likely chestwall itself or reflux is causing pain. As we get older heart disease becomes more common cause of concern. Since u gave only limitted info, it is diiffult to tell what you have. Please repost a more specific question or consult your doc. Costochondritis?: The location and timing suggest costochondritis, a rheumatologic pain syndrome most often affecting premenopausal women that is highly prevalent and not dangerous. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatories (like Ibuprofen or naproxen) can provide some relief but it may be incomplete in some people.

Heartburn: The joining point of your swallow tube to the stomach is located just in back of the heart &amp; slightly left of the center of your chest. Brief squeezing pain would be likely if you have a little back wash/leaking of stomach acid while the stomach squeezes your meal. Antacid tablets could provide some rapid relief.

Depends on symptoms: If also having shortness of breath, radiation of the pain, nausea--then yes, definitely, even though should be low probability, but no crystal ball. Genetics / drugs / lifestyle / etc. Can all play in on cardiac chest pain.
