Pts who have pain in RUQ can also have gallstones...which at your age would be very likely while the pancreatic ca would be uncommon, esp if you don't smoke. Stress can cause lots of sx. You should see your local doc for check up. They can help even if its stress related.

Doctor can evaluate: Upper abdominal pain can be from "acid" pains, such as a stomach ulcer, just gastritis with no ulcer, or reflux (heartburn). An infection with H. pylori bacteria can lead to stomach ulcer pains (an acid blocker can help). One needs more evaluation by her primary care doctor. Heart disease, rib and cartilage problems, pancreatitis, gallstones, or various cancers can cause upper abdominal pain.
