i have these 2 oval shaped dark spots that just recently appeared on my armpit. not painful or itchy just unusual. should i be concerned?

Possible herpes : I would seek the opinoin of a dermatologist.  If they started as small blisters , a herpes virus is a consideration.  There are different types, hsv 1,  more commonly known as a  fever blister virus can occur anywhere on the body.  Herpes zoster, or shingles can start out as a cluster and spread in a linear or dermatonal fashion.  Both can be treated with an oral antiviral agent. Lana long, M.D.

Hard to say without Hard to say without an image: we think of moles, and other Pigmented lesions You need to check with your physician to make sure there's not something like a melanoma. We need an image to really help clarify this

MS: These scattered sharp shooting pains in different parts of the body are not necessarily characteristic of MS, but indicate an irritability of superficial nerves. Often in my experience the cause is elusive and usually nonserious. I would check for vitamin B12 or thiamine (vitamin B1)deficiency and diabetes. Consult a neurologist as needed.

Not especially: Red painful spots represent inflammation but the causes can be many. If acne can cause discomfort. However , if the condition worsens , a visit to a dermatologist would be advisable.
