Skin scratches: 2 possibilities. You may have "dermatographic urticaria" which is  hypersensitive skin that develops a welt after physical contact. You can confirm this by scratching your skin and seeing whether the skin becomes raised.  Other possibility is atopic dermatitis and  scratching in your sleep. Cut your fingernails short and wear gloves to bed to see if it stops. Your doctor can prescribe medications.

is fibromyalgia a real condition or a name given to describe otherwise unexplainable symptoms.?

Insightful question: Fibromyalgia is certainly "something"!  there is some suggestion that it is a hypersensitivity of the nociceptors (pain receptors) thereby lowering the pain threshhold. It does appear however that many things not easily explained are erroneously dumped into this category thereby using fibromyalgia as a wastebasket.  Either way, these individuals suffer and need our help and understanding.

Be kind to lips: I assume you are talking about cold sores on the lips. The virus is everpresent and outbreaks usually follow local irritation, sun or wind damage, or stress, infection lack of sleep or stress. Anything that makes the immune system skip a beat allows the virsu to grom- cold sores.

Is wt gain??: Docs will be concerned if you have a weight gain for no apparent reason.Eating less calories, less exercise, disability, illness, etc.-
unexplained wt loss could potentially be  a very serious problem caused by a terminal disease.It is important that your doctors have a complete medical history and physical; as well as labs and perhaps certain types of radiological tests. Unexplained wt loss=cause.

NO IT DOES NOT: Prilosec simply took care of what ever upsetting your stomach so you can eat better, you end up eating more, do not blame it on the pill, blame your appetite.
if you want to lose weight, eat healthy, exercise, count your calories.

Time &amp; Tone.: Dimples are caused by the underlying muscles in the cheeks and chin. Although you might not loose your dimples with weight loss,  the effects time and loss of muscle tone may be the ultimate cause of losing the dimple effect.

Depends on the cause: Your pain could be as a result of many different things. A thorough history and physical exam and possibly some laboratory and radiology exams are needed to determine the exact cause. Causes of pain may include: trauma (fracture, sprain, arthritis), infection, metabolic conditions (gout), circulatory, musculoskeletal or biomechanical abnormality and neurologic conditions (neuropathy).

See a neurologist: This might be brachyneuritis need  check up neurology evaluation and MRI of cervical spine

Need for examination: Pancoast tumor is highly unlikely. But i would recommend that you see your doctor for an evaluation.
