It's through HPV inf: No, not wearing underwear (in and of itself) will not lead to cervical cancer.  It is generally a complication of certain strains of HPV infection that is transmitted through sexual contact.  Although HPV (human papillomavirus) is very common, only a few strains are believed to be related to cervical cancer.  HPV more commonly cause genital warts.

No: Wearing tight underwear is not a risk factor for testicular cancer.  A pssible risk factor for testicualr cancer is an undescended testicle present at birth but clothing is not a risk factor for the future development of testicle cancer.

No: You're a young man and if your underwear didn't get sweaty, I'd urge you to go out and exercise more. Getting your underclothes dirty simply isn't a sign of testicular cancer. Practice good hygiene and check yourself -- most of us handle ourselves often and simply be aware that a new mass in the scrotum needs to be seen. Best wishes.

HPV ?'s: HPV is highly contagious and may be transmitted from genital contact with virus if present in the "unwashed underwear".  There are many different genetic variants of HPV, only a few of which are more likely to cause abnormal cells in the cervix, and those are detectable and treatable early if pap smears are done regularly.

sometimes when your intestines are full the u leak some poop if u try to hold it.is it bad to stay with an underwear which contains poop for 21 hours and also does it cause cancer if the poop spread all over the butt hole?

Unsanitary: What you described is unsanitary and you would be smelling of poop all the time. There is no risk of cancer but you could develop a skin rash from long exposure to bacterial laden fecal matter.  If it is a frequent occurrence, carry spare underpants with you and clean yourself up as soon as possible. Infection could travel up your vagina and may be urinary bladder. 
Get HPV vaccine.

i have urinary incontinence and my underwear is always wet, i use baby powder as a panty liner. does baby powder cause uterine or ovarian cancer?

Please see a urologi: Urologist as you need a good evaluation to help you control the incontinence as you may be a candidate for meds or surgery.

Get HPV vaccine: You are unlikely to get the virus from clothes.
