Can soiled or sweated underwear be cause of testicular cancer?

No: You're a young man and if your underwear didn't get sweaty, I'd urge you to go out and exercise more. Getting your underclothes dirty simply isn't a sign of testicular cancer. Practice good hygiene and check yourself -- most of us handle ourselves often and simply be aware that a new mass in the scrotum needs to be seen. Best wishes.

No: Testicular tumors can be divided into three groups, prepubertal, adolescent, and adult or seminoma. They originate from germ cells at different stages of development. The most common ones arise in postpubertal men and are characterized genetically by having one or more copies of an isochromosome of the short arm of chromosome 12 [i(12p)]. Unrelated to underware.
