Take a break: Stop shaving for a few days.  Its easy to develop a folliculitis by shaving daily, especially if you use antiperspirant.

That your 17yo chooses to "go european" is her issue & the peer pressure she feels with this or any other choice about personal hygiene or grooming is her business.As a mom/dad you should not feel compelled to make excuses for her at this age or try to convert your acquaintances on the issue.

: You lost hair due to universal alopecia (alopecia totalis), an autoimmune disease. Fortunately, most cases recover spontaneously. There is new treatment for this condition if it persists. If needed, you should see a dermatologist.

Drug test: First, it depends on what they are testing for.  Not all opiates (hydromorphone is a synthetic opiate) will show up.  Also if you have legitimate prescription for the drug it does not matter if it shows up in test.  When the MRO (the doctor who reviews your test) calls you to discuss, you let them know you have prescription for the med. Mg totals do not show up in any drug test.

It's thought to be partly genetic, but environment can bring it out. Specific Psychotherapy is helpful and there are some drugs for getting started - Anafronil, Zyprexa, (olanzapine) etc. Talk w/ your provider for a referral - you can get help. Perhaps even regrow lost hair - ask, you can get better.

That sounds...: Pretty normal.  The onset of pubic hair is normal at that age, and a period is defined as a vaginal discharge.  Your daughter sounds a little advanced, but if that's all that is going on with her, she's probably normal.
