is it possible for you to get skin tags on your tongue?

Sometimes....: The front surface of the tongue has many small taste buds that give it the berber carpet/cobble-stone look. There are a bunch of larger taste nodes (circumvallate papilla) in a v shape on the back of the tongue too. Sometimes a taste bud dies-it swells up, hurts and looks like a skin tag before it eventually falls off. You constantly make more taste buds, so no worries.

Tongue Tissue Tags: Tissue tags are common on the tongue. Scalloping of the border of the tongue often matches the grooves between the teeth. Unless there is trauma during chewing, no treatment is needed. But if this is a problem a dds may be able to smooth sharp teeth or an oral surgeon sometimes needs to be consulted.

Likely not dangerous: Did this develop recently or has it been there a while? Could it be that it the normal structure, called frenulum and you only noticed it recently. There is no immediate danger, you can discuss it with your doctor when you see her/him next.

Trauma: What you are describing is a fibro-epithelial polyp.  These are thought to be caused by minor trauma from cheek or lip biting. People of varying ages can be affected by these polyps. Treatment is surgical removal. However, it is best to have them checked and possibly biopsied by an oral surgeon or dermatologist.

Getting your tongue pierced, three times, is probably not the smartest thing you have done.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

have a small white flesh strip hanging on the underside of my tongue been there for 2 days. it looks like a skin tag .it hurts and is about the size of a grain of rice. should i be worried ?

Derm/dentist if stay: prob nothing serious and may disappear on its own, but if continues for more than a week, see your dermatologist/dentist just to be sure.

Perhaps: Yes it could be a skin tag, or a benign growth or a variation of normal anatomy. Why don't you see a dentist so you know for sure?  It's important to get routine dental check-ups and soft tissue cancer screenings anyway.
