Not likely: Ovarian cancer occurs in the female reproductive system and is not likely to cause an increase in colonic polyps as the colon is a separate and distinct part of the gastro-intestinal system.

Maybe: A recent study showed that only 4% of women with uterine ca had a colon polyp at the time of their hysterectomy.  Colon ca is even less related to cevical cancer. But several families (lynch syndrome) have hereditary colon polyps, uterine cancer, and breast cancer.  See a doc if you have this type of family history.  And you still need a colonoscopy at age 50, as we are all at risk as we get older.

are there any progesterone based pills i can take to prevent forming more endometrial polyps? currently on 5mg norethindrone but reviews are horrible

Many options: Endometrial polyps are not very common in someone your age. If you are looking at birth control options you could consider a combination birth control pill or another brand of Progesterone only pills. Even better you could consider a Progesterone IUD such as Kyleena, Skyla or Mirena. You could also consider the Nexplanon implant.

Typically like moles: Polyps can occur anywhere in the colon. Polyps vary in size and shape from flat, pancake-like lesions or on stalks like mushrooms. The polyps may be millimeters is size to centimeters.
