But, skin is one of the most difficult things to discuss online. One needs to see skin to give any expert advice.  If your rash is not resolving it is time to get an in person evaluation by your family physician.

Need exam: Intertrigo? Hidradenitis suppuritiva? Have you applied anything? Tight clothing? Athletic or other exertion? Overweight? Best luck with a dermatologist.

Rash: keep area dry as possible, if you shave stop, if your deodorant worsens rash change to a deodorant without scent. Try hydrocortisone 3 times a day for next 2-3 days if no better see your local physician. I hope this helps!

Visual DX: Hi, it’s hard to say without a picture but there is a great app that may be able to help you get a diagnosis without being seen in person by a dermatologist. Need to be seen: It appears to be hypersensitivity rashes. But things like folliculitis need to be ruled out. Need to be seen by a dermatologist.
