Could be siezures.: Siezures can be manifested by spasms in muscles anywhere. Doesn't have to be like an epileptic siezure where you lose consciousness and bite your tongue. See your doctor!

i had a hemorrhagic brain stem stroke approx 12 months ago. recently spasticity has set in my right arm, leg, chest, throat & face. what can i do to relieve the throat& facial spasticity which covers my entire face, both sides of my neck & my throat?

: Contact your neurologist and discuss use of BOTOX for upper extremity spasticity.  There are also medications which may help, if side effects are not too intense.

Twitching: It may be caused by an irritable nerve or muscle. Deficiency of calcium,magnesium and electrolyte disturbance can be a cause. Avoid caffeine and see your MD if symptoms persist. Tests will be ordered. A neurologist can be consulted as needed.

Left arm spasm: Would check for strep/ mono . Sometimes pharyngitis strep or others can cause muscle tightness in trapezius which is the big muscle of your upper back and neck  I would also be concerned about a peritonsillar abscess/ sinusitis and TMJ dysfunction which can cause upper extremity dysfunction . Would follow up with  MD/ ER/ urgent care today

Get examined: The lack of pulse/blood pressure in left arm may signal a serious vascular condition. You need to get examined ASAP and be evaluated to rule out some life threatening possible causes. Please se a cardiologist or vascular specialist immediately!

?compulsion: This sounds like it is becoming a compulsion.  Psychological assessment and possible counselling are in order , if you want to stop this.

EEG/MRI: Your daughter had a history of epilepsy and this may represent a recurrence or a new onset of a muscle disorder. It is imperative that she be evaluated by a Pediatric Neurologist. Her eyes should be examined, and please rinse her eyes in saline or lukewarm water to remove any possible irritants such as dust.
If she has a history of allergies, please provide one dose of a children's antihistamine.
