Fordyce spots : Are located on underside of glans on either side of the frenum. Peripheral penile papules or tyson's glands are all normal anatomic structures and seem to be preserved because they are under the foreskin. They are all perfectly benibn.

Foreskin: It can occur at almost any age, it usually occurs with the normal erections that stretch the foreskin gradually. It may need some manual stretching at times by pulling the foreskin back gently and bringing it forward. If you are unable to do that, see the pediatrician or a urologist to determine if there is any concern.

Here are some...: It's okay to leave the uncircumcised foreskin alone as long as being mentally and physically comfortable and having no difficulty to clean without long foreskin-related inflammation or infection. So ask urologist and consider the balance between medical necessity and professional possibility before embarking on doing something to our body.

See remark: After proper cleansing apply over the counter Neosporin oint. to area twice a day.If the condition does not subside you may have  to see your doctor .
AS AN ALTERNATIVE IF THE PHARMACIST CAN GIVE YOU 
INSTEAD OF NEOSPORIN AN  OINTMENT SIMILAR TO MYCOLOG.

No: Not likely ringworm. Could be a cyst, gland or if vesicle like, herpes.

Balanitis?: This sounds like nonspecific balanitis (the medical term for inflammation of the head of the penis). It's quite common in uncircumcised men. Some cases are due to yeast infection. Most cases clear with improved hygiene. Retract foreskin and wash w/ soap and water 2-3 times daily. See your doctor if that doesn't clear it up within a few days.

Several possible: This could represent several possibilities: If these bumps were blisters, then very likely herpes simplex. Could be a simple skin infection from a bacteria or some kind of cyst. You need to be checked because different treatments of each.

if you have balaitis as an uncircumcised adult male and you're applying antifungal cream, do you cover the head of the penis back up with the foreskin? or do you leave it open to dry?

: If the balanitis is due to bacterial infection, antifungal medication will not help irrespective of the position of the prepuce.
If your symptoms have lasted more than a couple of weeks, it would be prudent to see a doctor.
